BIN BETTER RENTALS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Care, Custody, and Responsibility
By agreeing to this rental agreement, the Customer assumes full care, custody, and responsibility for the Bin Better Rentals boxes and dollies while they are in their possession. The Customer is liable for any loss or damage to these items. In the event of damage or loss:
- Each damaged or unreturned box will incur a charge of $20.
- Each damaged or unreturned dolly will incur a charge of $50.
Condition of Returned Items
All rental items, including boxes and dollies, must be returned in a clean condition. Items must not contain any residue, stickers, hair, liquid, or other debris. If items are returned in an unacceptable state, a cleaning fee of $20 will be applied.
Delivery and Pick-Up Scheduling
The Customer is responsible for scheduling delivery and pick-up appointments for the rented equipment. If a scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled, the Customer must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, a $50 redelivery fee will apply.
Rental Period and Late Returns
The Customer must return all rented items by the agreed-upon date. If items are not returned on time:
- Additional weekly rental fees will be charged based on the selected package.
- For boxes not returned after 30 days without prior communication, it will be assumed that the Customer has elected to purchase the boxes at a rate of $20 per box.
- For dollies not returned after 30 days without prior communication, it will be assumed that the Customer has elected to purchase the dollies at a rate of $50 per dolly.
Credit Card Authorization
The Customer’s credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental period. By signing this agreement, the Customer authorizes Bin Better Rentals to charge the card for any fees incurred under the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to damage, loss, cleaning, or late returns.
Receipt and Inspection of Rental Items
The Customer or their authorized representative is required to inspect and sign for all rental items at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported to Bin Better Rentals within two hours of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of all items as delivered.
Use and Care of Equipment
The Customer agrees to:
- Keep the equipment in their possession and not sublease, rent, or sell the items.
- Return all items in the condition in which they were provided.
- Notify Bin Better Rentals promptly in the event of any damage or loss.
The rented items remain the property of Bin Better Rentals at all times.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bin Better Rentals, its officers, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the possession, use, or return of the rented equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for property damage or personal injury.
Warranty
Bin Better Rentals warrants that all rental items will be in good working order at the start of the rental period. If any item does not meet this standard, the Customer must notify Bin Better Rentals immediately. The company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected items.
Legal Costs
In the event of any legal dispute arising from this agreement, the unsuccessful party will be responsible for covering the prevailing party’s reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs.
Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with any additional terms provided on the Bin Better Rentals website, constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Bin Better Rentals. It supersedes any prior written or oral agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and other documents, these Terms and Conditions shall govern. No modifications to this agreement are valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bin Better Rentals.
Changes to Terms
Bin Better Rentals reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will not affect agreements signed prior to the changes.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
